What does it mean, when you receive a letter from ICA, informing you that you need to change your NRIC for a new one?
IT MEANS YOU ARE NOT YOUNG ANYMORE.
30 years old felt like a long long way off when I was in secondary school. I can't believe I am finally hitting it this year! Time to change the photo on my NRIC!!!!!! yippppeeeeeee!!!
