God is really good. Thank God for watching over Ivan and Yihui in the army. : )
Have been receiving sms-es from Yihui the past few days. He seemed to be coping well, except that today he said he's really very tired from all the training cos his platoon will be booking out on friday night whereas some others will be booking out on sat afternoon. So, his training have all been crammed into a tighter schedule. But other than that, he still asked about how was the service, cell group, and just read from annie's blog that he even sms-ed and asked her about her leg.. wow..
Ivan seemed to be coping better now. Just spoke to him just now, and he was telling me that he spoke to his OC and shared with him his worries about retaking his A Levels, and his OC actually told him that he will try to arrange for him to be posted to a Unit where he gets to do only normal working hours so that he will get to go home everyday. Oh wow! What a compassionate boss, and truly the favour of God and with man!
What's more, he found some Christians, not in his platoon, but near to him, and they meet for prayer meetings every night at 10pm! God is a truly a God who will send His people to give support to one another and provide the spiritual support. I am truly amazed at what God is doing! Wow...
Thank God for hearing our prayers! Continue to protect Ivan and Yihui! Look forward to seeing them next week.. : )
