Mushroom Curry Noodles
I love mushrooms. I love them so much I make my kids eat them all the time so that I get to eat them too.
Have you tried adding mushrooms into instant curry noodles? It’s super fabulous I tell you.
I always use Chinese Mushrooms because they give off the most amazing smell! I super love the smell because it always reminds me of Chinese New Year feast!
Because Chinese Mushrooms are typically dried, you can soak them in hot water for a few minutes before dumping it into a pot of water and the curry instant noodle flavoring. Let it cook for 5 minutes before putting in the noodles. Two more minutes and you get a really yummy bowl of mushroom curry noodles!
