Jieyin Is Finally An Adult!
Becoming 21 years old means a lot of things.
It means you can now sign your life away with a contract, get married without a need for a parent’s signature, go to jail and not girls’ home if you commit a crime, and get a bank loan all by yourself.
Becoming 21 is a BIG DEAL.
And so TG planned a birthday celebration for Jieyin to celebrate her becoming 21 years old (It does not necessarily mean she will be doing any of those listed above. Not yet.)
We first brought her to buy some winter wear for her Japan trip (She celebrates her 21st by going to Japan! How cool!!), and that’s us monkeying around (as usual):
Dinner at Wild Rocket at Mt Emily!
That’s how surprised Jieyin was when she saw where we had brought her for dinner. Exactly the expression we were going for. Priceless. (Although I must say the boyfriend looks EVEN more surprised.)

As you can see, the boyfriend was very happy that girlfriend is turning 21.
This was such a pretty place that even cats loiter here.
The boyfriend takes extra care to make sure dinner goes well with minimal disturbances. Good job.
Both Baby Justin & Baby Jayne joined us for dinner!
Enough of monkeying, we proceeded into the restaurant.
The starters were good, but the main courses were so-so only. Still, it was one nice cosy restaurant (Not cheap, I must warn you!)
After dinner, we proceeded for drinks & more food at Wild Oaks, the restaurant’s pub counterpart, just across the road.
Come to think of it, we should have commemorated the occasion by making JY dance on the bartop. Afterall, one can only be 21 years old for 365 days.
Food!!!!! They even serve luncheon meat fries here, which is super yummy!!!
