The (Un)Official “Love-Serene Day!”

We’ve officially created a brand new ‘Love-Serene Day’ for our dearly beloved friend!

It first started one fine day when Tristan, Isaiah & I decided to ‘remember’ our dear friend who’s been posted to Japan for 2 months for work by meeting up for lunch at Bugis, followed by the drinking of KOI bubble tea.

Oh how we missed our dear friend!

And so, we were having so much fun that we decided to have an official ‘Love-Serene Day’ on 14 August and got our gang together to ‘remember’ Serene!

First, we had dinner!

Can you see we even ordered a bowl of rice for ‘Serene’? =) How sweet of us.

After dinner, it was KOI undoubtedly!!!

We LOVE Serene!!!!

And you can tell we’re all pretty advanced in age already because I asked everyone to make funny faces for the 2nd photo and no one really could do a funny-enough one except Jieyin who’s the youngest among us all. =.=

And after we got our KOIs, each couple tweeted to let Serene know that we love her and she reciprocated with her version of ‘Love-Serene’ and made it into a pretty collage! =D Cool.
