“Cai Fan”

I am a very oriental girl at heart.

I would love to say that my favourite dish is fois gras or raw oysters or sashimi, but actually, I think all of them taste horrible. It would kill me to put one of those into my mouth. Deep within my heart, I really, really think that my favourite food of all time is ‘Cai Fan’ or 菜饭。

Everytime I eat a lunchbox like this, I am filled with happiness and pure joy. Comfort food, no less.
