Under the Stars
Today is a relaxing day because got no cell group for 3 weeks, so can go out with Isaiah to pak tor.
Went to Heeren in the afternoon because Ed Hardy store, the first in Asia, was having a fashion show launch. It was a short but very eye-candy performance because there were great groovy dances interspurs with fashion show. The clothes are really great. I love the colours! Every inch seemed to be pumping with energy!
After the fashion show, we went to have tau huay at Selegie. To our disappointment, the hot soya bean milk had not arrived and we could only have cold ones. Nevertheless, it was nice though much less gratifying.
Then we decided to walk to Tao Restaurant at Paradiz Centre to see if there's a live performance tonight. Indeed there was! If you've been there, you know what I mean. In the open-air area infront of Tao Restaurant, there's a stone stage where three singers were singing chinese pop music. The style is like that of 'Ming Ge' restaurant, so there's a keyboardist and two singers who will sing songs requested by the restaurant guests. But becos it's open air, anybody else can also hear besides the restaurant customers. Furthermore, there are stone seats surrounding that area, so many people were just sitting around and listening to the performance. What a great place and really romantic too, I'd say. Most of all, it's free!
Now i am back home and waiting for pa to buy home fried spring chicken for me to eat... ; )
