Passion

I like what I found on Gideon's blog -

"What is passion? .... passion is not only about being enthusiastic, zealous and whatever hyperactive word u can fit in the equation..Its about pressing on and overcoming even though you meet obstacles or difficulties, to reach your goal.."

How many people coo about their passion for God, for people, for their job, for their loved ones? But the real test comes when they come to a deadlock or a point in their life when they have to decide whether to press on through the difficulties and challenges. Passion is the ingredient which can push us to continue moving on no matter how hard it is. It is the thing that reminds us why we want to take this path. It is the pushing force in every discouragement.

In my life thus far, i've already seen many people come & go in their pursuit of God. Some made it, some are still pressing on strong, others have fallen out of the race.

I pray that I can keep the same passion all my life. To God. To my ministry. To my calling.
