Laksa Fiesta

Since Hubby couldn’t decide what dishes I should cook for dinner tonight, I decided to make Laksa for dinner!

I am not so diligent or clever to make Laksa from scratch, so naturally I went for the instant mixes. Hee…

Here are the rest of the ingredients:

Tau Pok, prawns, fishcake, beansprouts, coconut milk

And of course the thick vermicelli!
